Healthy snacks have been part of our household since childhood, but when I (Sahil Jain) moved to Mumbai for work, things changed. Being an extremely quality-conscious foodie, I was never able to find a snacking solution that matched both – my health requirements and my taste buds!
That’s when my mum, Dt. Meena Jain explored with my favourite snack, the Gujarati ‘Bajri ka wada’ to create something that was filling, tasty, healthy, and also lasted a longer time, despite being baked, not fried!

Bajra flour (70%), Rice flour (9%), Jaggery (6%), Sesame seeds (5%), Green chilli, Olive oil, Mixed spices (Coriander, Red chilli, Cumin, Black pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Fennel, Turmeric), Iodised salt, dehydrated Fenugreek leaves, Lemon juice.
