Dosage

Adults-
1 capsule twice a day, 
Children -
1 capsule once in a day. (not recommended to children below 12 years of age) or as directed by the physician.

Pudina (mentha piperita, leaf, oil) 210.0 mg,
Saunf (foeniculum vulgare, fruit, oil) 17.5 mg,
Pudina (mentha piperita, leaf, satav) 21.0 mg,
Ajwain (trachyspermumammi, fruit satav) 21.0 mg,
Kalonji (nigella sativa, seed oil) 17.5 mg,
Sowa (anethum sowa seed, oil) 52.5 mg,
Saunth (zingiber officinale, rhizome, oil) 10.5 mg
