Take care that the patties / discs that you make to deep fry do not have any dust or hair or any other particles like stones or others because it would start bursting in the oil while frying. Take clean pearl millets and make a coarse powder of this. Boil jaggery according to the taste of sweet you need and add water and a pinch of salt to it. Then boil the jaggery till it dissolves.
