Vanalaya Green coffee beans are coffee seeds (beans) of Coffee fruits that have not yet been roasted. The roasting process reduces amounts of a chemical called chlorogenic acid. Therefore, green coffee beans have a higher level of chlorogenic acid compared to regular, roasted coffee beans. Consumption of green coffee on regular basis may result in reduced level of fats in the body. Green coffee is made from green i.e., unroasted 100% Arabica green coffee beans from organic farming. It can be drunk like any coffee specialty. Raw coffee beans are also added to some coffee blends in the Arabian region. Green coffee acts similar to the brown variant of roasted beans – slightly stimulating.
